HELLO & WELCOME
Hello & welcome to my life!
My name is Acacia (a-KAY-SEE-uh). Yes, like the tree.
My husband Logan and I, got married back in June of 2018, here on our family acreage. We are currently a family of 5: Logan (25), Acacia (24), Bentley (8), Kharter (6), Sawyer (2) and we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our surprise gender + final little bundle of joy, whom is set to arrive this coming February 2021!

I started this blog as a canvas for all my life experiences & memories. I love to document all our 'Life Adventures' so we never forget all the experiences that have shaped us over the years and so that my children can also look back on the times we shared together while they were growing up. I love being able to relate to other mama's + families genuine life experiences as they help me stay grounded and serve as a reminder that we are all trying to navigate this same, crazy life together! So I ditched my diary and decided to share our version of this world for anyone who is able to relate!

ACACIA
I was born in Mission, BC but I was raised in Alberta since I was 5 years old.
My hobbies include hiking, camping (in the wild), snowboarding, fishing, road trips + exploring underdeveloped hot springs.
I love watching movies (especially horror), I love cold weather, I talk way too much, I prefer sunsets over sunrises and I can. not. bake.
My favourite colour is burgundy, my favourite number is 5 and my least favourite chore is unloading the dishwasher.
I am currently on maternity leave but when I am not, I do hold a casual position in Food Services within the hospital.

LOGAN
My husband Logan was born in Prince George, BC but was also raised in Alberta since we was 5.
His hobbies include dirt biking, fishing, camping (in a trailer), playing guitar and hunting.
His favourite colour is orange, he loves all things comedy, his favourite season is winter and his least favourite chore is cleaning our bedroom.
He is a full-time Power Engineer and Grain Farmer.
BENTLEY
Bentley was born in October 2012 and he is 8 years old.
His favourite hobbies include playing hockey, reading, having nerf wars and building lego.
Bentley is in Grade 3 and wants to be a hockey player like Connor McDavid when he grows up.

Kharter
Kharter was born in March 2014 and he is 6 years old.
His favourite hobbies include hockey, colouring and playing with nerf guns.
Kharter is in Grade 1 and wants to be a Firefighter + Police officer when he grows up.
SAWYER
Sawyer was born in December 2018 and he is 2 years old.
He loves to play nerf guns with his brothers, loves the outdoors, his favourite movie is Smallfoot and he loathes wearing socks/shoes and having to go to bed.
ESMERALDA
Esmeralda was born in February 2021 and she is currently 2 months old.
She loves car rides, baths, her soother and smiling any time she notices her family!
